March 16, 2020
We care deeply about our community and are committed to promoting the health and safety of all.
We have decided to proactively close the South Whidbey Community Center campus starting this Monday, March 16 until further notice. This includes all community gym and room spaces as well as all campus partner spaces.
This decision was made with careful consideration for the health and wellness of all our valued community members, particularly the more vulnerable, as well as our communal responsibility to do whatever we can to slow the spread of COVID-19.
The following Campus Partners will be closed during this period:
- Create Space
- Rubatano Marimba
- Readiness To Learn/Family Resource Center
- Sound Circle Center
- South Whidbey Children’s Center (After School Program)
- The Backyard
- The Learning Lab at Langley
- Tiger Martial Arts
- Whidbey Veteran’s Resource Center
- Whidbey Watershed Stewards
- Woodhaven Waldorf Initiative
- Whidbey Children’s Theatre
- Island Dance
- South Island CrossFit
